Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.After you have finished your selection, click on 'Your shopping basket' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transation to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicated that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicated acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable (This section does not refer to carriage price, please see below for details).

Sales:

All sales are subject to these conditions and no further conditions shall apply.

Influenza Vaccine Sales:

Influenza (flu) vaccine orders cannot be cancelled upon receipt of an official signed order from a duly authorised signatory to Kays Medical Ltd.

Prices:

Prices listed are subject to alteration without notice and prices invoiced will be those urling at the date of dispatch. VAT is charged extra at the rate ruling at the date of despatch. Quotations will be current for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Discounts:

Standard customer discounts do not apply to furniture, equipment. specialist items and other non-discountiable items, nor in conjection with any other offer.

Payment:

Where a payment is by credit card or debit card, Kays Medical reserve the right not to deliver good or supply services until confirmation of payment is received. Where payment is in accordance with a trading account, Kays Medical will deliver an invoice with each order. Payment is required within 28 days of the date of the invoice. Kays Medical reserves the right to charge 4% interest per month of any invoices remaining unpaid after their due date.

NOTE: Kays Medical supports the CBI initiative to encourage prompty payment of business invoices.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery Costs:

Order of £100 and more (excluding VAT) will normally be delivered free of charge to mainland UK* addresses. For orders below £100 to mainland UK* addresses there will be a small order charge of £7.50 (plus VAT) to cover insurance, packing and posting. (* Exceptions are bulky items such as furniture and any deliveries outside mainland UK or to Northern Scotland where extra carriage costs will be incurred).

All order requiring delivery outside mainland UK will be subject to a higher carrier charge dependant of location and weight of packet. This service is priced on a cost only service. E.g. 0.5kg package to Germany will cost approximately £26.00 sterling. Customer are advised  to contact Kays Medical directly in order to confirm the cost of shipping when ordering from outside the UK.

Title:

The goods remain the title of Kays Medical until payment for the goods has cleared.

Insurance:

Upon delivery of the goods, the risk inherent in the goods is transferred to you (the customer/buyer). We accept no responsibility for misuse or incorrect use of the goods.

Delivery Schedule:

Delivery of stock item within 24/48 hours. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, or any consequence resulting thereof.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather no wait.

Tax Charges

For order made from the UK or the Europena Union, 20% VAT is added. All other order are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after then reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Kays Medical does not diclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case. the third party does not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contects of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy

Returned goods will not be accepted for credit unless through prior arrangement and credit will only be given according to the condition of the goods, if we are informed within 48 hours, resale ability and/or our suppliers ability to credit us. We are unable to accepty pharmaceutical itmes as returned goods unless an error has been made by Kays Medical. All returns are subject to a handling charge.
