National Mens Health Week 14-20th June

The 14th-20th of June 2010 is National Men's Health week. With many men likely to spend more time watching football rather than playing football over the next few weeks - this year's objective is about getting active.

Football fans across the country can find out if they are match fit from today with the launch of a new NHS World Cup fitness tool.

National Men's Health Week (June 14-20 2010) is organised by the Men's Health Forum, a charity, is the centre of excellence for men’s health policy and practice. This year focuses on encouraging men and boys to be more physically active.
