Helping you get the most out of DM Wood Medical

There are various ways to find the product you would like to purchase;

Step 1: Either

  1. Enter the name of the product or product code in the search bar on left hand side of the screen
  2. Pick a product category from the options down the left hand side, then pick one of the sub-categories that appear to narrow your search
  3. Click on a product from our Special Offers on the menu above.

Step 2: Browse though the products by clicking on next or previous until you find what you are looking for. Click on the product name for more information.

Step 3: Enter the quantity you require and click add to basket.

Step 4: Browse for any other products you would like. When you would like to complete your order, select Show Basket at the top right hand side. Here you can remove or update products as required.

Step 5: Click on Checkout at the bottom of the page and fill in your details.

Returns

Returned goods will not be accepted for credit unless through prior arrangement and credit will only be given according to the condition of the goods, if we are informed within 48 hours, resale ability and/or suppliers ability to credit us. We are unable to accept pharmaceutical items as returned goods unless an error in supply has been made by Kays Medical. All returns are subject to a handling charge.

Shipping options

We have various options for shipping of goods – Royal Mail, City-Link, Parcelforce or APC.

A signature is required for our couriers so please provide an address where there will be someone in to sign for the parcel.
